By accessing or using HeavenRCM's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
HeavenRCM provides revenue cycle management services including but not limited to medical billing, medical coding, denial management, accounts receivable management, provider credentialing, and compliance auditing for healthcare providers.
Our professional services are governed by individual Service Agreements executed between HeavenRCM and each client. These Terms of Service govern website usage and general inquiries. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
Clients agree to:
All content on the HeavenRCM website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HeavenRCM and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
HeavenRCM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, HeavenRCM will provide a complete transition of all records and pending claims. We will continue to process any claims submitted prior to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
